Directly Compressible Granules

The tablet manufacturing process usually requires granulation of the bulk Drug (API) into granules, with suitable binding agents, size reduction to desired particle size, lubricating the granules and then compressing the granules into tablets. The granulation, size reduction and lubrication process are done by the tablet manufacturer in-situ and then the granules are compressed into tablets.

We offer ready to compress granules manufactured from the respective bulk drug in our cGMP compliant granulation facility . This saves the tedious granulation process as we supply high quality and consistent granules which can be directly compressed into tablets.

We can also custom make the granules to Buyer’s requirement so that the tablets can be made to the existing specifications resulting in no change in the tablet parameters and packing specifications. MCPL offers a consistent product of uniform quality and the convenience of directly compressing the granules to Tablets, without going through the tedious process of Granulation.
